For stacking you need the tops. Otherwise they need to be built under a counter again. I assume two new lids would be hard to purchase.

Interesting and if not short of space, and things being too far might have made for spare parts set. But alas no room and would be certainly singing my own death warrant if the things appeared at doorstep. *LOL*
Miele USA has limited parts available for this model series and few techs willing to work on or even know how to for such "old" machines.
