Hi guys!
Okay strange things are happening at Miele. The german MIELE site is not updatet or so but on the Belgian website, Miele announces the upcomming 7kg washers and dryers. They have also a new design ECO heatingpump dryer (also not on Miele Germany) I'll post the link, but it's in dutch... sorry about that. Also the photo is not clear. hopefully they will post new pictures and information!

Grr... why has the heat pump dryer in the UK a vertical control panel and can we only have machines with slanting panels in the Netherlands? Don't like that!

Miele has designed new programme packages for washing machines and tumble dryers to be marketed under the 'Miele for Life' logo.

Appliances from the 'Miele for Life' range come replete with standard 'Cottons', 'Minimum iron', 'Synthetics', 'Woollens', 'Express', 'Shirts', 'Dark items/Denim' and 'Automatic' programmes. Additional programme packages can be ordered and installed by Miele Service.

Four packages will be available at the 'Miele for Life' launch, but others will be added later. The 'Sport' package is pre-installed on the W 1744 WPS washing machine; the W 1749 WPS LiquidWash features the 'Home' package ex works. These offer tailor-made 'Sportswear', 'Outdoor', 'Reproofing', 'Sports shoes' and 'Bathrobes' programmes (Sport) and 'Silks/Underwear', 'Pillows', 'Down', 'Reproofing' and 'Curtains' cycles (Home).

It sounds like they've got even more new programs coming out. It also says that there are going to be 4 packages *to start with* and above only lists two. So I wonder what others there will be.

AskoMiele; are you able to translate the program list from the Belgium website for us? That would be appreciated.. and are there any other new features?
