Correct you are John. They are an approximately 35# set. They are designed for OPL use. The washer is self-heating. Looks to have a 15 KW 3PH heater and 1150 RPM spin. Both are electric heat 3 phase machines.

Someone nabbed themselves a great deal. Hammer fell at bit under $3k for set; washer alone goes for many thousands.
As noted this is a true commercial laundry set requiring 3 phase power. So that lets out most if not all residential in USA except for some special situations.
