Just phone them, even though I don't think a update will change anything.
First of all, check all the filters, pipes, spray arms etc. for blockage.
Next ensure that all arms are spinning probably.
Next, check the cycle you use. Try something different like the auto cycle, a hotter cycle ore just try eco ones (sometimes this cycle works best with some detergent).
Next, if you are using a combo tablet, I can only advise you to go back to the old salt+ rinse aid + pure detergent system. Just works best.
The least probaly thing a dishwasher that is not cleaning well is a software problem. Next are technical faults and than user failures like wrong loading, detergent and/or cycle...
