Miele Error Message LEDs?

I have a Miele W970 Washing machine and it is reporting a fault, I just don't know what the code means.

Cycles are completing as normal, but the Main Wash LED flashes rapidly once the wash part of the cycle is finished.

Does this mean it's not heating or something as the clothes did feel rather cold when I opened the machine during the wash.

Hello, accordingly with the Miele service manual I own for your machine, blinking of the main wash led means you have a fault with the heating system. You can have a short circuited NTC bulb (this is placed near the heating element, is a small circular device with two terminals and its placed inside a black gasket)or a problem with the eating element itself.
