friday afternoon machines !

I sold the miele premier 500 as I had it 6 years and decided I wanted different machines for a change, I haven’t got any issues with the service I received from ISE all I can do is give them praise in all they did to rectify the problem in hand, any manufacture can produce a DUD as you call it, I like to call them Friday afternoon productions! Its what the manufacture does to rectify the problem makes all the difference

Exxelent pictures there., looks really sturdy.
That's a shame about the ISE washer. i hope your new Miele wil last longer, and happy washing :-)

Miele 2 Year Mark

I first hand love Miele - I got my machine 2 years ago and have about 1,500 hours on it so far. No problems, just reliable washing.

Here is a video link to mine in operation with the "hood" open.

Good Move!

If you can get the same warranty on a cheaper machine & the cheaper machine suits your needs then it's a no brainer to save £170 i think.

Always nice to feel like you've got a sweetener thrown into the deal, too!

The only other thing

That Im gonna miss out on is the fully adjustable thermostat but again Im not gonna use below 30 and dont really go above 60 so its not really an issue. I wasnt gonna lose the Honeycomb drum tho as I really wanted that- esp after using our new Little Giant at work :-)
