I would place the machine at being about 10-14 years old (give or take a few years. The the second half of the 90's Miele changed their look with fewer push buttons and more touch type buttons. The dial also changed.

Unfortunately (as per my Fag ash yellow post) the plasic has yellowed somewhat. I am surprised to see this on a Miele. Mine dates from 99 and has been moved to different areas but is a white as anything.
