Another Miele PR piece, but fascinating nonetheless. I'd have many more Miele appliances in my home, if the US repair network weren't non-existent outside of NYC and LA.
They're fabulous, 'til they break down, or hiccup. Then, you're sort of on your own repair-wise if you're in 40-48 US states. Just my reasonably informed (from prior ownership) opinion.
