that was good.. the railroad part starting at 16 mins reminds me of my life on the rail being called at home in the middle of the night usually by UPS because of some delayed car somewhere.

While watching the film recalled the "Hood" brand of milk from drinking it at my Grandmothers house-she and my Grandfather lived in Springfeild,Mass.

Hood is still a big brand in New England. The Boston and Maine Railroad is no more. I never could drink milk, made me sick.

One of my uncles' family ran a dairy farm.  I don't know when it started but it was in full operation when auntie married him in 1969.  My time of introduction to it, they had two bulk tanks, truck pick-up daily.  Shut down in 1984.  The old milk barn was demolished earlier this year.

We buy Hood milk all the time.
They have a plant right here in the town we live in.

While milk may do the body good, my digestive tract appreciates my limited intake of dairy... I don’t know that I’ve seen Hood brand milk before.
