Mixed loads.

I wash for me and my buddy, so at times you think you got all of the wash done
you see that you have forgotten clothes that you have missed that has got caught up in the towels, sheets, etc.
I make a mix load of grey and white or light lint free towels with light colors.
And wash in a 105f wash.
Does anybody do similar loads ?
My cat loves to watch a washer lol.

I do that sometimes. What brand of washer is that, it looks cool.

That is a cool washer. I do mixed loads sometimes to not waste resources...but sometimes it comes with the price of mixed results. Been careful ever since.

Sometimes I'll find shirts or blouses that have been forgotten during the regular wash load. I usually throw them in with the sheets, which are done last. Normally bedding is done with hot water, but if I have a case like this, I'll use warm. I figure that one week of washing on warm without bleach won't kill us.

It seems I always come across gym clothes that I missed, either in the gym bag or stuck in the laundry chute. Since they're mostly gray, I often wash them with towels. I'm a big fan of white towels, so it works out well.

Nope not me. I'm pretty definite how I sort and wash. I'[ll just put whatever back in the hamper until the next time that type of load is washed.

Hey guy's i don't mix that often but the trick is about mixing is it has to be in the white linen category for me.
I mean grey clothes, light colors, that don't bleed can wash safely and no lint fabrics.
Normally no heavy soiled socks will get bypassed to the white load or heavy soiled
clothes period will not go in a mixed load.
Again these are express washed items only lightly soiled or need to be refreshed.

And yes that is an ASKO washer one of my best washers does a great job and has lots of flexibility i was lucky to get it.

Here is where it get's a little tricky THE BLUE SHORTS well there is no dye left in
them at all so i consider it white light cotton shorts goes right in with no worries.

I think that Mr. Drake the cat is really a reincarnated wash boy. I love how he is so inquisitive. And such a lovable cat too. I really enjoyed meeting him and the other cats in the household early this month during my visit with Darren.

I do not like to do mixed loads. I have really learned the hard way, especially when lint gets on some critical shirts, especially in my laundry business. So I avoid mixing as much as possible. I hate using lint rollers to undo a stupid mistake.
