I'm a little bummed, had my eye on a nice Junior at a good price, but so did someone else.  Beat my best bid. Anyway, I wanted it for two reasons, one the thing looked fantastic, got Chrome, and copper wanted White.  Second it had a mystery - to me- clip.  I have no idea what it's for, could it be to hand the unit up?  I'd love to find a way to hand these on the side of one of my cabinets, just have not found an easy way to quickly detach for use.

Any idea what the clip is for?  Or Ideas how to make a quick release mount?

Thanks!  That is the first I've see bracket-wise for these units.  Can you explain how it works?  Might be easy enough to fabricate, just not sure how it holds the unit.

Mom had the white Jr.. and I still have it, still works.. We had the hook for in one of the houses but in a move it must have got left behind...  Anyways It screws into the bottom of an upper cupboard iirc  2 or 3 inches from the backsplash,, and you just hang the mixer handle over it horizontally.
