more interiors. The woman having breakfast with her hubby looks like she cannot wait to get him off to the office so she can fool around with the park maintenance man. Hubby looks like a goof...

Thanks for posting these . . .

they're too much fun. I guess that "single wide and one half" model from Croydon is for those who aren't quite ready to move up to a real double wide. The Serendipity modular home isn't bad at all. The others are just fab, especially with the women in tall boots. I can just see avacado Lady Kenmore garage-door washer and dryer sets in the kitchen . . .

Toggle - that's just wrong! "Can I get a Yee-Haw?" No.

Few of these look like they have room for a dishwasher in the kitchen, too bad they didn't sell dishwashers door-to-door.

These were never all that practical in this part of the country - too cold, but they were around. Wasn't there someone posting on the forums a while ago that was restoring a mid-50's model and looking for info on the original washer?

OMG

The Batchelor III is just FAB!!! The black tufted bar, plush shag carpeting, and that round bed are too much!
All thats missing is some lucite furniture!

I think the trailer models would have looked better in some genuine Joan Crawford CFM shoes. At least they look like they have the "attitude" to pull them off. BTW, those gals resemble the early Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants, who wore orange hot pants with white knee high go-go boots! Not to mention the "sky high" hairdoos of the day.

That video, some nice country girl booty shakin' goin' on in that. Who ever would have thought of making that "boots" song a country-fusion video? Wild to say the least. At least the production quality of it was better than the original Nancy Sinatra video!

Are those skirts REALLY short or what? Kitty likey fresh air

Ok ok here is the original, superior version.Memories! This was one of the routines done by a local drag-queen named Jonh LaFleur at a bar called Flavors Discotheque in Kew Gardens Queens(NYC).(Yes London we have a Kew Gardens too!)

Honest-to-God I had never seen a trailer home in NYC or in my life until about age, I don't know 30 to 35. Now I have seen them in so many states. Some are so good you can't really tell they are pre-fabrications. But you still pay a higher mortgage interest rate if it has/had wheels unless you schmooze your banker.

Well, at least now I have some viable retirement options !
