Looks like that's been put together wrong...the stainless wash arm goes below the bottom rack lol. This dates from about 1968 or so.

Whoa!  I've never seen the full size wash arm below a RotoRack before... I guess somebody was concerned with the results on the top rack items... LOL   I wonder if it can be put right??

 

I'll venture a guess the push button cycle controls light up, too!
