Model & serial #'s

Hi all just wondering if anybody knows the model and serial numbers to a machine like this. Also does anyone know if this is the correct filter flo pan for this machine? I'm looking for this filter flo pan! I would appreciate all inputs! Here is the machine itself!

GE "Super Filter Flo" pan

My Grandmother had a 1973 GE Heavy Duty 18 washer that had the same large diameter "Super Filter Flo" filter pan with a straight vane agitator and mini basket.  The washer in the picture appears to be a few years older than that (maybe 1966-72 vintage?)  but I am sure that is the same filter pan.  I don't have the model number from hers (replaced in '91) but I am sure someone here can help.

This filter pan was a unique one that was only offered on select TOL models. This very well could be the correct filter pan for this model. There was a special liquid detergent dispenser intended for the automatic advance from soak cycle to the regular wash cycle.
