I have see similar. I would think this one is a basic BOL model
She has had it before 1956 with never a major repair. The chill tray was replaced over 40 yrs ago. She made it self defrosting using a timer, the chill tray collects the water and is emptied once a week. The freezer is used to only make ice. She has an upright freezer right next to it.
