You will see more and more of this due to rapidly tightening energy standards. The manufacturers need to use less and less water with each new model but end up running longer per cycle. Will it work as well? Who knows but we all know about the low water use toilets. Saves water with each flush but requires 2-3 hits of the trigger to flush the load...
That's why I'll keep my older Maytag Intellisense d/w (MDB9962AAE). Washes like a mother****er and still does allright in water usage.
