Monitor Top wiring diagram needed

Help, my 1933 Monitor Top died! 30 years of use in my basement, 80 years running! I think its the relay. I don't want to start surgery blind. Does anybody have wiring diagrams for one of these babies??

CHris got the model number today

it is a CK-30-D16. The relay is numbered also and is CAT# M1A64.
