Looks like the same model Nate picked up in Tucson several months ago.
That would be the original cutlery basket and the center of the top rack is down in the middle of the lower rack. Classic WH flush through detergent dispenser; a little spring moves the fill spritzer from one cup to the second for the main wash. I used a roll-out WH version that performed quite well.

These are fun. This one has a cuter Formica pattern than the plain-white that we have.
It's a good performer, and is stunningly quiet.
Ours falls down at washing tumblers in the top rack, but if you load it up only with dishes you'd find in the 50s/early 60s (i.e., fill it up with coffee cups the way you'd see done as a loading example in the manual), you'll get great results.
The dual flush-through dispenser sure is a boon.
$50 is what we got ours for, too. Looks like this one could use a cabinet repaint too--on ours, the paint didn't like the primer, and came off in snowdrifts.
Remove the back panel and check the fill nozzle that hovers over the dispensers for scale--if there is some present, be sure to clean it off; it can cause the nozzle to spitter and make a mess inside the machine.
