Bob, do you know what the Heavy 20 Duty means? What's the number 20 representing there? Sorry if it's a real noobie question.
It probably has to do with the capacity of the dryer as in 20# indicating that it has an ex-large capacity drum.
The washer is an 18# machine. I think it's kind of interesting that the washer offers all 14 min. washes no matter which cycle you use. The difference being the wash speeds and the length/speed of the spin. The one thing I can't tell from looking at the washer pics is if that second control is for temps. or water levels.
Too bad they didn't show a money shot to see if it had the rear mounted filter basket or had the burpalator.

I'm figuring the washer's secondary switch is for water level. Temperatures are indicated on the timer per the range of wash times. Interesting that it's a low-end washer paired with a upper/mid-line dryer.
the washer and dryer most likely purchased at different times if this is original owner.
