Montgomery Wards still exists as an on-line catalog and perhaps a print one (not sure about the print).

You consider THAT a washing machine? OMG!
There once was a man with finacial problesm. He asked G-d for answers. The minsiter suggested he read the Bible.
A few Sundays later he sees the minister. So the minsiter asked about his fiinancial problems. "So did G-d give you an answer to your problems suign the Bible. HE SURE DID! I went to read it and it opened to chapter 7. Later to chapter 11.
(For our international freinds, those are the sections of Federal law pertaining to banruptcy *LOL LOL LOL*).
Bamkruptcy sometimes entails reorganization of a company and/or full or partial forgiveness of debt.
Think of it this way, personal banruptcy does not mean an individual does not exist or may not partake of financial tranactions. It simply means they were granted a new beginning.
