Mop head replacement?

The previous tenant left a decent mop, but I think it might be time to replace the head. However, I haven't seen any replacements.

It's a different sort of mop--at least to me-- It has a "pull back" wringer instead of a "flip over" wringer, the head is a blue color, and I think, but am not sure at all that the mop was made by the late, lamented Rubbermaid company.

Could any of you provide clarification? Also, perhaps, a place to get a new mop head?

Is the mop handle red?

The mop is

black, except for the blue sponge head.

Doesn't have to be Rubbermaid.....as long as it would work.

This sounds like the mop I have. Mine is called a "rollermatic" and I have bought replacement heads at the local hardware store as well as on line.

If this is what you need, be sure to measure the width of the head as it came in more than one size.

Lawrence, I have one of these sponge mops. Mine is the larger version, and the mop head replacement is Rubbermaid part number 6436.
