More pics of the LDA 9800 restoration

Here are more pics of my LDA 9800 baseplate and center post... everything is out of the machine now, other than the center post, it looks almost brand new...I tried to get the best shots I could of the inside of the center post showing some rust, at the same spot it is on the outside of the post... no leakage noticed when I pulled everything apart.....

Pictures showing the rust forming inside the center post it's in the lower Rt hand corner of the tube.. I thought his might be from removing the spin tube and agitator shaft but it's not...

Ah..... as I looked at the first picture I see my 1960 Tommy Tippy cup ended up in the picture some how, not sure how that got on the floor, other than My Maine Coon Kittens
