Morning Software Error

Does anyone get this error message in the morning? It has been happening for months now, approximately every other day. It persists anywhere from minutes to about an hour and then goes away. 

 

It is not earth shattering, however when typing a message and you hit submit and this error message pops ups everything you typed previously disappears. 

 

 

Anyone know the cause?

I believe that can happens in the very early hours of the morning like around 4am Central time during site backup process which produces a very heavy server load and slows down the server.

Makes sense.

 

I want to thank you for setting things up such that the server is backed up frequently. This site is priceless and the backups have restored it to up and running like brand new hundreds of times. 

 

For that I am grateful!
