Most and/or Best Bells and Whistles

Just to cause some more commotion, how about everyone's choices for vintage washers, dishwashers and dryers with the most roll-out yer freak flag outrageous bells and whistles? My first choice, to get the ball rolling, is Mark's FABULOUS Philco that thinks it's really a jukebox. (It also has an agitator that could have scored a spot on STAR TREK as a guest villain space thing).

Laser light show after dinner tonight, in the kitchen, kids.

Mom's TOL Kenmore (by D&M) 1969 DW had more lights than the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center normally does.

Her Mid-line 1974 model [they moved into a new house and AGAIN had to chop, remove, reconfigure & insert to get a DW] of same mannie was similar to the one Gansky posted that he found NIB, unused.

Love @ 1st sight--Jukebox Philco.

That thing's amazing. Is there an old thread about it? What do all those switches and leeeeevers say? I'm hearing a song but I can't get it right: "Jukebox hero..stars in his eyes," la da da dadada--really high pitched chorus. What is it? Drivin' me nuts!

Imagine, that washer played a song in my head.

Now that's a friggin' washing machine.

I don't know.....I think it's going to be hard to beat that Philco. It's so colorfully groovy---it looks like candy.

The '58 Kenmore is a beauty, too. What a console!

Dispensers for everything - even an air pump to run them, the ever-fabulous recirculation stream, rapid advance timer with many options, lights...
