Well, on July 10th, Helen and I made the 13hr trip from Gatlinburg, TN to Opelousas, LA and when we pulled in the driveway, this is what we saw.

Well now

The bedroom is a private place LOL. No need for a trapeze, just me and Helen nekkid on a towel.

The honeymoon was awesome! It was in a cabin in the mountains that had a big bathtub and an outside hot tub.

Sunday morning we ventured out into Pigeon Forge so I could ride go karts and get some Starbucks.

The house is still not quite done yet. I have to move the rest of my room over (computer, record player, electronic stuff)

My wife and I spent a week at Gatlinburg in Oct. 2002. It was during the big "Craftsmen's Fair". We also visited Cades Cove National Park which is part of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, didn't get to Pigeon Forge though, darn. Hope you guys saw more than just 4 walls. Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink!!!

Congratulations on the new house. The kitchen already has the familiar automatiwasher.org look with the Sunbeam coffee maker. The blue of the Oasis is very nice. Hopefully soon a classic Kenmore will keep them company.

I'm working on that right now. I'm looking at the Eureka Boss Smartvac at $140. CR Best Buy and looks nice too. Of course, a Hovver Constellation is my dream but I need something for now.
