I just bought Mrs. Stewart's Bluing at my local Stater Bros. supermarket here in Riverside, California. I don't remember how much I paid for it, but I didn't have to pay shipping!
(Not that I have anything against Vermont Country Store -- I love that company and have bought a lot of different things from them. Just saying, be sure to check your local grocery stores -- you may find it on the shelves.)
Speaking of Mrs. Stewart's Bluing -- it's the only thing that has helped with the yellowing of my white cotton underwear over the last two years since I bought my GE Harmony agitatorless top-loader. I put a drop in the fabric softener dispenser after I add the Downy. You have to be very careful that it doesn't touch any clothing, or even the dispenser itself. Powerful stuff.

Give Me Reckitt's or Bleachette
"Dolly" bluing cubes/powder any day.
Does not stain, and if a problem should develop, can be easily removed. Mrs. Stewart's bluing can stain and is very hard to remove.

I also just bought some Mrs Stewarts bluing.....
right here in Vienna at Magruders Grocery store...a local chain. I have not tried it yet but I will be careful.

I have found it at Wal-Mart, but haven't looked lately. Also our local Dollar General stocked Mrs. Stewarts. My mother used to use it by the gallons. Now with mixed loads it is rare we crack the bottle open.
