Our Dachshund is always around when we load the dishwasher, because he wants to get a few last licks in on those dirty plates. He's not fooling me with that "if only I had an opposibile thumb, I'd have this loaded for you alrealdy" look.

My Jack loves the DW for the very same reason as Dan's dog, he can sample here and there. He loved to pre-rinse for me!
I tell people I have two disposals, one in the sink, and the other comes right to te table.

Sorry about the mis-identification.

I wa going only on the colour of the rack. The dishwashers I've known best have had white or grey coatings.
