put it in to rinse and it was flooding

small lint particles clogging it up

A 3 day vinegar bath should fix that right up.

Fabric Softener and detergent residue clogs these typese of filters eventually. Happens to filter flos too if not vinegar soaked or Dawn dishwashing liquid can do the trick too.

Having had a few of these machines myself, I found the vinegar treatment works well and even scrubbing both sides of the filter with a stiff brush helps dislodge the gunk as well...

And thanks for posting the video. I really miss those machines!
