Sounds very good! I make something similar.to folks in the US-do you know of a sub or equivelent for "multi-Juice"?this would be an excellent recipe for VM-Blendtec fans or folks who like blenders in general.

The juice is a combination of several fruits. I don't know what a good American equivalent would be. Orange juice works fine in this smoothie too.

Wonder if "Hawian Punch" would work in the drink-Its a Multi-fruit drink.Great that other juices could be used.Often I used the powdered juice mixes-esp for things I don't use a lot-It keeps better and is cheaper.You are not paying for and storing the water.Its a thought.-Or use the frozen concentrate-you have to freeze the unused portion.

Eat lots of oatmeal, red beans and rice (spicy), and drink Benefiber.

The next day, voila! Smoothie.
