Just bought my first vintage washer and dryer set! Ive always been a washer fan since I was a little kid and I finally got ahold of this working set for 80$. No big leaks yet although The washer has like a make shift drain hose that I want to replace. Any tips for that such as what size to use or if they still make a drain hose that works for this washer? Model number for the washer is lha6800G1.

Congratulations! What a great find! As regards the drain hose, you can pick up a new one that has an adjustable fitting at any hardware store. Good luck and looking forward to seeing more pics/vids!
I figured as much. I also may have to replace the hose going from the pump to the actual drain hose outlet. But I'm guessing I can also get that relatively easy at the hardware store too with new c-clamps.

Reminds me of a Mark 18 console I translated onto my ‘63 Whirlpool washer, did the same with the dryer as well. They currently reside in my laundry room as I type this.
