Hi Austin, A very Happy Birthday to you tomorrow. It sure sounds like you are having a ball with the Uni!! But then who wouldn't. I think what amazes me the most besides the fantastic cleaning ability of the machine is the clear rinse water in the rinse. I am always amazed when I am at Gregs and see how clear the water is even with a load of towels. That 1140rpm.rapidry makes all the difference. shirt stains
For a fair comparison, I assume you had done the pre-treatment on the shirts and wahsed them in another machine? It really would've been interesting if you had pre-treated the shirts the same way, adn washed one in the WO-65 and 1 in the 1-18 for a comparison.

and a Super Reveal! Happy Birthday Austin! Nothing is faster or more thorough than that machine in my experience.
You'll have to put a load counter switch on the lid hinge when you are in school so you can keep track of any hidden use by family members!!!

Austin, well it's that Live Water Action that so thoroughly and gently cleans even the dirtiest of laundry.
And yes appearances are deceiving. That machine actually holds a lot and the fuller the load (within reason) improves cleaning and performance of the machine. I mean, the picture of that first load, I immediately thought, o he's got a bit more room in there. That's about 3/4 full).
And I"m very impressed the sheets didn't tangle. Maybe you could talk to Gyrafoam. He won't use his unimatics in the winters due to the bad tangling of the long-sleeved and pant leg attire.

Thanks guys! Bob, you'll see this Live Water Action in person at that "future wash-in"...and you'll be able to experiment with capacity as well! I don't know if you can fit a "Bob Load" in this machine though! LOL

how the descendent 1-18 would've done compared to "Gramps" under the same conditions. Did they improve it? Did it get worse? Spinning obviously got worse, but one wonders about the wash action?
