hmm.. I think I have just tripled my collection. Who had the Dispensall, and the Avacodo LK from 1979, the kitchenaid Superba from 1983, Toast colored Whirlpool washer from 1984, and the ... and the ...
kinda bad.
 
But then the question is, *why* would someone go faking it, in a forum where anyone is welcome regardless of what they have or don't have, as long as their interests are sincere & honestly represented, and they communicate politely.
 
Chris, Chad Miller was a member back when we were on the old yahoo Classic Appliances club who claimed to have every dream machine possible. Sure enough it came out later on that he didn't own anything he said he did.
 
I,m sorry but the reason i used other peoples pics is because i,m lazy. Truth to tell. I have the machines, but no digital camera. I was thinking about that they look the same, minus some differences. My Keymatic is a little bit rusty on one side and my constructa looks more used than the one on the picture i showed there.

Well i will try to put up my own pics, but it might take some time. But those who waits for something good.....

Also i have a little cool story to share in the "newer machine" forum.

It's all well and good promising them over and over again; but until we actually see photos I'm afraid a lot of us are going to have a hard time believing it.

CM claimed to have a photo disc of pics taken with a disposable camera or some such, but didn't have software to read it. He was supposed to send it to me so I could post his pics. It never arrived.
 
yeah well...

Photo disks made by film (such as in a disposable camera),when developed by Kodak COME WITH "Easy-share" software right on the same CD.

Just by reading the CD in your computer, it will load-in the software.......

I'm not judging ANYONE either way.

But this I KNOW:
Don't mess with Louis. That boy is factual and accurate. If he says something doesn't compute....I tend believe it. And he doesn't cause trouble and is the nicest guy. So I can't see him stirring up the pot just for fun.
 
Tonight I had a wonderful time surfing over the internet, especially when I had the hunch to have a look at some Webshot pictures. Webshots is a sort of photo album where you can store your pictures and share them with others. Just for fun I typed the words washing machine and all kinds of interesting pictures turned up on my screen. Although I felt I would see some familiar pictures I was still surprised to see some pictures that mr Frederiksam posted in his album. For instance the crappy machine in Mallorca appears to stand in Italy!! And Mallorca is definitely in Spain!! The picture was taken by three girls on a trip.

That washer that definetely was supposed to be in Scotland appears to be in Granada. That's not Scotland!! The picture goes to the album with the picture of the Philips washing machine in it.

I found mr Frederiksam's friend too in a Webshot album. Her name is Lindsay if you perhaps forgot her name. Here's the picture of the frontloader that is oversudsing. I didn't contact her yet to ask if she knew a guy called Erik from Karlskrona in Sweden. I didn't want to embarrass the club.

I bet you're having a SMASHING good time Louis, uncovering all of these important "details"! One of the best features that I like about Webshots is that you can search for certain pictures. I tried Googling them at first and turned up nothing; I can't believe they were as close as Webshots!! All we need to find now are the Duet, Miele, the burned machine, the "cereal-box" machine, the picture of the dishwasher foaming up, and the New Wave. The Keymatic and Constructa pictures he took from Mike and the German site you described.

That is absolutely hilarious looking at all of these pictures...they're all lies! And thank you very much for posting that "oversudsing" album, because there are some HOT girls in there in my opinion...LOL! ;-)
