I recently became the owner of a new Blackstone 36" grill thanks to my In Laws in return for helping them out with their house. So far everything I have cooked on it has come out amazing. I am very happy with this grill.

So far I have made:
Omelets
Butter seared Ribeyes
Scrambled Eggs
Toast
Hashbrowns from scratch x2
Bacon
Grilled Veggies
Bacon Wrapped Pork Filets
Smash Burgers.

I can't get pics to load now but will add when I can.

Disclaimer: I have many years of cooking experience in restaurants using flat top grills your milage may vary. However I would recommend this grill to anyone. So fun to use and easy to clean.

Nick, there's a family on YT I follow that has one of these along with a Green Egg Grill and they do lots of stuff on the Blackstone.
