My one of my best-friends died

A personal freind of mine Matt Garcia one of the yongest councilman in the state of california was sho in the head once. i saw him in the hospital i for some reason i couldent cry.Yesterday we had a memorial thing at the city hall. He always wanted to beacome mayor of fairfield so he was deemed honnorary mayor . so im asking that people pray for his family and friends of his and may peace be with him and a capture of his killer

You, your friend and his family will most certainly be in my thoughts.

May I make a suggestion to you? Find a support group that deals with people who have lost a loved one to homicide. It will be very helpful to you because these people know what you are truly feeling.
Along with the overwhelming grief, you will most likely experience alot of anger. If you want, email me. I will see what I can do to help you find a support group in your area.

I am so sorry to hear that this news affected you personally, and you have my condolences for your loss.

Shane is right - you should probably find a support group. It's not uncommon to be unable to cry and process what has happened at first. That's a sign that when the dammed-up feelings do come out, they're going to be intense. It's a sign of deeper feelings, not shallower ones.

i think the bes way to honor him is to finish what he has started for the community ....yah i think i was just in a state of shock and it just seems like a bad dream but last night i did cry on the phone with my bestie molly and she was also a friend of his to so we kindof comfort each other as well as terae matts brother

I totally agree with the idea of a support group of some sort. My friends--a family of choice--helped each other through.

Again, terrible to have someone so young and promising die this way.

I'm sorry to read about your very good Friend loosing his life this way. I saw the info on the local Sacto News on Tuesday late Afternoon and Late Evening Local Stations.

I couldn't believe this happened to such a nice person, let alone anyone anyway ever.

My Condolences go to you and Matt's Family. You all have a special place in my Heart and my Thoughts and Prayers.
