Here you are one of the first board of my working on...

I thought to post this first, because it's the one more related to the history of the washer specifically, the others speak about other topics not related to the history (social aspect of doing laundry to the riverside, using wood ashes instead of chemical detergent, or soap, ecc.)...

Please, althought it's in Italian, try to read it the same (sorry for the worst quality of the writes!), and if you find some concept wrong TELL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Tomorrow there's only a weekly check-up, but at the end everything must to be right! THANKS

The Miele has an interesting agitator, similar to one of the wringers we hauled out of the basement of an old appliance store last year-----don't remember the brand. That Thor has a real "low-impact" looking thing.Thor's version of a "Penta-Vane"?

Here you are the second Thor, that one with the red painted finger nail shpaed onto the agitaro...

Very strange I found that the rotating drum which a milestone in the FL evolution process didn't continue to be improved...while the European agitator (there'w where it say to has been invented), became so popular in the US to be shaped with women fingernail and be more "human" )
