Something tells me the dishwasher is the rarer bird here, but that’s just a guess.

That is a bottom of the line Waste King from late 1960s to early 1970s.  Panel was a custom color selection.

I thought Waste-King, too. Is it possible it might also be one of those early 60s Wards Signature rebadges of the Waste-King? That wall oven is saying 'Tappan' to me and since Tappan made a lot of Monkey Wards stuff back in the 60s...

Definitely a WasteKing. The red trademark is on the left side. This is probably a model 510, single wash arm with pop-up mini tower (not vey effective). If it still works than it was well taken care of and probably used with soft water.
