Well yes, aside from the cord it is in good nick, but that will have to be replaced if anyone is going to use the machine.

Maytag wringer - with a pump! The price is sure right. Wonder if involved in a property "clean-out"? Reason I ask, locally, when properties are cleared by asset managers, especially REO properties, many of the contractors hired to perform the clean out, cut the cord on all appliances - not sure why, but being in property management have observed it on numerous occasions. Sure hope someone gets it. Looks good.
