My best compliments, as I can see you got a good results, and I think that it had a good taste too!

Were you an italian chef in a prevoius life?!?!? LOL!
Neither I could have done better...

Let me prompt you something as I eat pasta everyday...somtimes twice a day :-))

Did't you overcooked the pasta, did you? How long let you boiled it? Not more than ten minutes, i hope! Then on middle level rack in the oven for 40min/200°C, at the end upper level rack for 10min/250°C...DONE!

But... did you know the secret?!?!? Did you put a little of picant paprika in the meat sauce? It will be for the next time...

Cannoli...quanta voglia di cannoli sicialini:-))

You ate cannolis too! What a wonderfull cake... tipical winter cake of Sicilian tradition.
What the white filling cream was made of? I hope milk cream...
Anyway I'm sure you amazed youreselves the same...

Remeber to add to the Cannoli's cream crushed chocolate or "canditi"... as you prefer and powdered sugar on them at the end...
