Hi Greg,

That's a good question BUT it's also a bit of a quandry that I need some feedback from you ALL!!

We (all who will be attending) will be gladly welcoming one, perhaps two young folks who are both under the age of 18. I NEED?WANT feedback!!! I want everyone to be happy and safe!

My Cannoli shells are in a bag, and my filling is ready. I got my pastry bag in hand fitted with a 'star' tip. So....look out. I am ready to fill those Cannolis. LOL

PS Got an extra container of filling for the kitchen help. LOL

Well two cherry top cheese cake pies are almost ready and the "Out of this world rolls" doing it first rise as we read this and will be ready to put down again around 4 PM, rolled placed in the pan and baked at 7 if all goes well! This is the express method.

If someone wants one of the pies to be topped with blueberry, please tell me before I leave tonight!
