Need approximate photo date

Any AW member who knows cars, can you tell us the likely year this photo was taken? The yellow CA plates on the cop car were issued from 1958-1963, but the photo might date to somewhat later than 1963.

The black and white

Is a 69 Plymouth, The Olds Vista Cruiser looks like a 67, and the Buick Skylark is a 67 or 68 I believe.

I wonder why the '69 cop car would have yellow license plates? According to Wiki the state moved to black plates in 1964.

Don't know about the black and white, but the Vista Cruiser is definitely a '67 and the Buick is either a '68 or '69.

I'm with the others, circa 1970 based on the cars.

There's an old Dairy Queen on Springfield Pk. (St.Rt.4) in Cincinnati that looks a lot like that one.

I think adam 12 went off after the 1975 season. Based on Reed's 'do, I put this 1968.

As has been stated, the newest car in the photo is the '69 Plymouth.

I think municiple vehicles kept plates longer. Our gov vehicles in MI were running "spirit of '76" plates easily into the 90s.
