Need help for washing machine problems

I have a F&P washer machine...MW512NZ 92194-A. I have three lights flashing. green, orange and red...numbers 3,6,8. total tally equals 37. what does that mean and how can it be fixed? can I fix it myself or do I need to ring F&P?

Error code 37 is drain pump fault.

error 37 is on page 29.

Likely that drain pump is physically blocked by something it has swallowed - a nail, coin, bra wire, chunk of lint, etc.

You can access the pump from underneath.

 

I'm happy to give more detail if you need it.

It's common enough and often fixed just by cleaning it out.

It could be a dead pump, too.
