Hi all, I hope your new year has been off to a good start!
I purchased a rotary iron second hand that came in the mail a bit busted. One of the issues is that the upper body was slopping downwards preventing clothing from being fed onto the roller. Today a technician came and he pushed the hood upwards which I thought fixed the issue. Although now I am able to use the machine, I can still tell that it is sloped downards. I was wondering if there are any miele technicians on this board that could suggest what part I should unscrew before I begin trouble shooting, or anyone who owns this iron, the b990 or the b890 who have had a similar issue and fixed it. I have pictures below of (A) what it looks like and (B) a picture of what it is supposed to look like
