I am a pretty good electrician, but not very knowledgeable about neon indicator lamps. I'd like to wire some of my dryers to show when the heat is on. The Ebay link has lamps good from 60V to 220V, so they should work on 120V gas valves and on 220(240) volt electric heater coils. Do I just wire them in parallel with the two gas valve leads, and the 2 electric heater leads? Which side do I wire the resistor to?
