General electric P7 double oven, post 61, but don't know what year. Is that a vent over the left side of the control panel?

It's....
....a '65 or '66 - I think '65.
That is not a vent on the left. GE vented through the centers of the burner bowls by that time.
Here is a photo of a complete one, with its griddle, its broiler pan/rotisserie accessories and its temperature probe. The round object is a bacon flattener, and I am sorry to say that I do not know if it was a GE item or not. If it was, it would have been intended for use with the griddle.

Not 1965. In 1965 the backsplash/console used white, not black (except at the clock/timer). Could be a 1964 or 1966.

P.S., Les - the description might be a little confusing. The way it's written, it makes it sound like this is double self-cleaning ovens. It's not - on these ranges, the big oven was P*7 self-cleaning, but the small oven was conventional-clean.

A neighbor lady had one of these
The larger oven was self-cleaning, the smaller one was manual. But you could take the oven liner out of the smaller one sides and bottom and stack them on the racks of the larger one and the whole shabang could clean together.
