Words of advice. Never use this shipping company. I paid them 6 months ago to ship a Blackstone washer shaft to Australia. The package never left the United States, and now it is "lost"; I have lost both the part and my $48.29.
Originally back in June, they provided me a pre-printed shipping label, from Springfield, Mass., to a warehouse in Inwood, NY. I brought the package to the post office. Sounds easy enough.
Fast forward, following the trail of the tracking number, I found the package was delivered from Los Angeles, back to the warehouse in Inwood last week. The post office claims to have delivered the package to the address of I-Pack in Inwood. I called I-Pack, and they claim to have never received it.
The post office cannot help me; I-Pack cannot help me; and EasyShip.com cannot help me. So, now a 50+-year-old, unused Blackstone shaft is lost.
Apparently, "EasyShip" does not mean "EasyDeliver."
