Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Hoover dryer

I don"t wanna talk about your boss... everything is obvious. Maybe it would be cool if they bought Hoover washer and Hotpoint dryer, as Hoover washer would have rapid 29 on40 deg. which is better washing and rinsing than hotties FW30.. also there would be A59 wash upto 60 with max spin available ;)

Hotpoint dryers are known for good drying, but their sensors aren"t fabulous too :/ I even used a Siemens sensor dry and sometimes on highest dry level, things were still abit damp.. Seems that time dry is the only 100% sure way ;) So, why don"t you put Hoover on 60, or 75 minutes, instead of using sensor? try that :D

To be honest if you set the bone dry setting then technically the dryer should have just continued until it dryed them.

If it had finished because it thought the items were bone dry then that means there could be an issue with the sensor.

As its the sensor that decides the drying time and not the timer so it just continues until its dry even if the filter etc are dirty.

In regards to using the correct wash program i would explain to your boss the knowledge you have on these machines and the fact the machines will wear out as well as excessive consumption of electric due to having to work harder to dry the clothes because of such a slow spin speed.
