New burger recipe

Well....the name of the burger partly tells the story. B stands for burger. 3RD means 1/3. It's 1/3, ground beef, ground bacon, and ground mushroom. I also mixed in some ghost pepper salsa. I topped with Land O Lakes 4cheese Italian blend, lettuce, onion mayo. The Optional E is the fried egg.

Looks and sounds really good Scott, but I'll pass on the mushrooms!  Bleeck!

There is a small chain of gourmet burger restaurants in the area called Slaters 50/50.  Their signature burger patty is 50% ground Angus beef and 50% ground bacon.  

 

They also feature these items you can customize your burger with:  a BACON pretzel bun, BACON American cheese, thick cut BACON, BACON infused country gravy, turkey BACON and BACON turkey chili, BACONnaise, BACON Island Dressing, BACON Ketchup and to top it all off, BACON salt!

Kevin.....Bacon salt? I think I'm in heaven! Lol. The best of both worlds! Actually all of the add ons sound good. I bet their burgers are to die for.

Cuffs....it's 1/3 1/3 1/3 by sight. I just dumped , looked and ran with it.

Yeah Scott, bacon salt! When I first saw it on the table, I shook some onto my fingers and took a lick. I said Ooh Emm Gee! It's REALLY bacon and salt, WOW! Or saltier than normal bacon (if that's possible).
