I thought it was older and vintage, from the clock...and I'd live with the color and ..can always have it baked enameled or whatever the original paint process involved.

The seller also had a Frigidaire trash compactor for sale, I inquired about it some time ago but it's out of my price range! I'll have to keep my unused $25 Whirlpool Trash Masher for a while!
