For someone wanting such a setup. It's no later than 1958, as the wall ovens were redesigned for 1959, and no earlier than 1957, based on the laundry equipment.

The link still works, and there are more pics. The cooktop is to the left of the sink, and refrigerator is to the left of that - it's a pink wall-mounted refrigerator.

Evidently there is not a dishwasher. If one were present, I'm sure it would be near the sink. A corner cabinet is to the sinks right, and the cooktop is to its left.
