New Kenmore Washers released

Persons at local laundromat arriving with one, two or several large bin liners full of laundry. Cram it all into the 50lb SQ washer (regardless of over loading or not), and start the machine. Darks, lites, whites, dog blankets, towels, the whole lot, in that one wash load.

Oh Laundress, you forgot to mention the soap suds shooting out of the soap dispenser on top of the machine as the machine is in motion. This is in both the wash and rinse cycles!

18 minute wash cycle

Gee, a 5 minute wash, one or two quick rinses, with no spins inbetween, and a 5 minute final spin.  That's a cycle intended for 2 or 3 items and that's it, not a full load.

well for me its perfect full load or not its a time saver for me if i look at the 52 minute wash thats a complete waste of time if i had that kind of washer today it would always be set to the 18 minute wash with is more than engough at least for me in my case that is.

Kenmore is only a brand name, they don't produce any appliances.  they source from manufacturers like Whirlpool, GE, LG, ...

I can totally see this happening too. LOL! I'm glad I don't go to Laundromats. I couldn't stand to see something like that. All of that half A$$ washing and then baking it all back on in the dryer.........YUK!

A mind F^^K is only good for some people...

Laundromat:

For the LG FL machines, You'll be impressed until the seal fails, trashes the bearings.  The water leaks out the back, ruins the hall-effect sensor, and the stator of the direct drive motor.  Then all of a sudden, it won't be quite as impressive as you think.

sorry if I revive this thread.

If I'd use this laundry set. I'd mainly use the normal cycle for typical loads. If available, I'd use the whites cycle for whites.
